HAT TRICK CLUB

What is the Hat Trick Club?The Hat Trick Club consists of Parents with children playing on either theAHS Boys or Girls Soccer Team.

What does the Hat Trick Club do?• Coordinates fundraising activities to provide the team with a positive

experience: Player meals, great season shirts, senior night, etc. Ifnecessary, the HTC also fundraises to help the program withmaintenance, equipment, improvements, etc.

• Provide assistance with: Concession stand Special nights at games Advertising for camps and events Meals for the kids prior to the games Volunteering to assist wherever needed and helping to ensure the

success of the program while allowing the Coaches to focus oncoaching

FUNDRAISING

Activity done to raise money for a political party, charity, school,etc.

A way to raise money so the funds do not come out of thepockets of the participants

There are also kids who rely on fundraising as a means for themto be able to afford to play soccer for AHS

FUNDRAISING

• The Flapjack Breakfast will be located at Applebee’s on Douglas Boulevard.

• The cost for the breakfast and date is to be determined.

• Money raised at this event is distributed between the boys and girls soccer programs.

• The breakfast includes 3 pancakes, 2 sausage links and drink.

• Lori Wandelt is the point of contact for this event.

• Calendars sell for $8.00 each.• Each player earns $3.00 per calendar they sell

towards their fees.• Cash is the preferred method of payment.• Money from calendar sales will be turned in to Robin

Jones on Thursday, September 21. • Robin will be in the bus loop collecting money and

distributing more calendars as needed (after 5 pm)• Robin can be reached at (678) 859-3160 if you have
