The team that travelled on the day was Anette Woehl (captain), Hannah Brett, Amanda Cook and Rebecca Howard and all performed brilliantly. The AEGON event is a prestigious National event divided into Regional divisions - testimony to its status was the fact that Chesham fielded the ITF Junior World no. 198 amongst their numbers, in 17 year old Laura Deigman who recently competed in tournaments in South Africa and Luxembourg to name a few. However, there is no 'I' in team - and the strength in depth of Bracknell Ladies saw them pull off a great win. One of the most rewarding aspects was the performance of the Bracknell Juniors Hannah and Rebecca, who showed they are very much on an upward curve. Bracknell Ladies next match is a tough home match against Caversham 1 from Reading on April 17th.
