A brain drain or human capital flight is an emigration of trained and talented individuals ("human capital") to other nations for better income and better working condition

Similarly there is demand for Nepali nurses in aboard.

1,200 Nepali’s leave the country every day to study and work in other countries
About 982,000 Nepali’s emigrated from the country in 2010. This constitutes 3.3 percent of Nepal’s total population.
Nepal was among the 10 low-income countries with the highest migration rates in 2010.

Summary
Brain drain hampers the development of country.
Brain drain is noble for the emigrants but not for the host country.
Drained brain contributes to the economy of migrated country which only influence the living standard of the people.
Recommendation
Amount of salary should be sufficient for all level of workers to spend a quality life.
Government should provide better opportunities for the highly qualified students.
Education should make practical not just theoretical.
Trend of giving job based on relations should be prohibited.
