The Winters magnesium “Sprint Center” Quick Change is available with any combination of bells, tubes, differ-entials and gear covers. All 10" dia. ring gear, 12-bolt rears include the Posi-Lock assembly (WIN8104), pinion nose roller bearing (WIN8143), 31-spline aluminum spool (WIN8115) and 4.86 ring and pinion assembly. “Sprint Centers” are stocked in Wide 5, 2" (Howe, PCR) and 2-1/2" (Winters, AFCO) Grand National styles. “Full Size Appearing 10" Sprint Center” Quick Change With 8" Ring And PinionWINK5270-LT-S

Full size Quick Change is fitted with a new 8" diameter ring gear that is 20% smaller and 20% lighter than tradi-tional 10" gears, providing significant reductions in rotating and unsprung weight for improved acceleration and deceleration. Center kit retrofits into all existing full size Quick Change rears and is fully compatible with standard axle tubes, side bells and Quick Change gears. Although all cars can benefit from this new design, lower horsepower cars can expect even more gain. Quick Change is less axle tubes and includes Posi-Lock assembly (WIN8104), heat treated lower shaft (WIN8106), 4.11 ring and pinion (WIN8111-8S), aluminum spool (WIN8115), Sprint Center "shorty" gear (WIN8133-8S), heavy duty cover (WIN8137) and 6-rib machined side bells (WIN8186P).

Trackstar 10" Differential WIN3224

The only crossed axis gear assem-bly where the worm and side gears are completely encased in a heat treated, 4140 steel center housing. Unique design offers several important benefits including putting an end to housing flex, the ability to maintain close tolerances under load, and increased traction during virtually any track conditions. As the dif-ferential rotates, oil is scooped, automatically lubricating gears. Billet, 7075-T6 aluminum end caps are used to reduce weight to 21 lbs., 3 ozs. Requires Mobil 1 70W-90 gear oil.Note: Axle length may vary when changing from a spool to a differential.

Pinion Posi-Lock nut assembly fits 10" quick change rear ends. A positive lock-ing, O-ring retains the nut and spacer. Easily removed, the assembly will stay in place when gears are being changed. Right hand threads only.

broached and hobbed from quality SAE 8620 steel by Winters technicians. Sets 50 thru 58 are for limited horsepower applications only. Winters also has an attractive poster (WINPOSTER10) which displays all avail-able gear sets and ratios, an ideal reference chart for the wall of any race shop.
