Main Characteristics
Pneumatic braking & hydraulic lifting
Single acting spring returned
Single or Double piston design with one or two chambers for oil & air.
Customized designs. We are able to adapt to the specific requirements of each machine. Very specially for Generator Refurbishments where dimensions must be often customized.
Detectors integrated for shoe wear, braking detection or other purposes.
Automatically or manually commanded by the Brake Control Unit (panel or cabinet), allowing local or remote command.
Dust collecting Complete System (Optional). It allows simple and efficient removal of particles of braking pad material dust detached from braking operation. Direct and easy connection to flexible hose which transports the dust to one or more filtering units also supplied.

CentralAir Standard Jack Dimensions The next figure and chart show the main dimensions and characteristics of our standard braking jack.
In case your generator needs a different jack design we will be more than happy to study your specific re-quirements and propose a customized product that suits your needs.

Braking Control Unit

Jacking Hydraulic Group
Hydraulic pump for rotor lifting.
Automatic (electrical) or Manual pump operation. Control cabinet or manual valve included to select operation.
Fixed or Mobile version. With Mobile version same unit can be used for different generators.
Mounted over oil tank, it can be delivered in different configurations: as a single group, compact version attached to braking control panel and others.
