1991 Congress

Marks and Spencer Bursaries

Marks and Spencer PLC has generously donated €5,000 to enable young physiotherapists, who would not otherwise have been able, to attend the WCPT Congress from July 28 to August 2, 1991.

It has been decided to use this donation to provide a bursary to one young physiotherapist from each of the Society's Boards. All Chartered physiotherapists who qualified in 1986 or later, who are full practising (category B) members, are eligible to apply for a Marks and Spencer WCPT 1991 bursary.

Each bursary will provide the holder with the right to free entry to all scientific sessions at the Congress as well as to the following social events: the welcome party, the opening ceremony, the Congress reception and the Congress concert.

Application forms are available from Mrs A Shemilt at the CSP. Bedford Row, London WClR 4ED, on receipt of a stamped self-addressed envelope, or from your local Branch secretary. Application forms should be returned to the CSP no later than January 31.
