Brand Promotion = Brand + Promotion ‘Brand’ implies the overall image of the company in the market. ‘Promotion’ implies stimulating awareness of the product in market.

In short brand promotion is a marketing strategy which helps in stimulating awareness among customers & creates the image of a business in market.

CONTESTS :- Pr0mote brand by putting the logo in front of public rather than making money through selling campaign. Sponsoring brings attention to your product.

SOCIAL MEDIA :- Social network connects with a world of potential customers that can help to view the company from different perspectives for e.g. facebook.

CUSTOMER REFFERAL INCENTIVE :- This program is a way to encourage current customers to your store for eg: big discounts & cash rewards.

CAUSES & CHARITY :- Promoting your product by supporting a cause can be effective promotional strategy.

PROMOTIONAL GIFTS :- Give small gifts to the customers for e.g.: put your business cards on magnet or key chain so that customer can use rather than putting them in trash.

Your brand image is vital, and you must protect it viciously.

Make sure your ambassadors (your employees) hold your brand image high at all times; they need to look the part to be the part.

That usually starts at recruitment selection; recruit those who reflect your brand image in their work life and personal life. If your brand is fun, energetic, and vibrant, you would want someone who is highly sociable or loves to be adventurous.

This tip is a no-brainer; you need to know your brand inside and out, and so does your team.

Your team needs to be aware of all the products and services you're offering to be able to impress your customers.

A typical customer is more cautious and curious and wants to know what you can offer , how you are going to improve their life if they buy into your brand. Having a knowledgeable team will do wonders for your image, and it is definitely something your customers will pick up immediately!

Customer service is the key to selling your brand. If you really want to build your brand, your customers have to trust you. Once they do, you will gain their loyalty. Win your customers' hearts by exceeding their expectations, and they will come running back.
