At Branston Hall Hotel we understand that the secret of a successful
meeting or event is the setting and the service. We have developed a
versatile venue whereby we combine out of the office stimulation coupled
with all of the other ingredients necessary for modern day conferencing.
A variety of conference rooms are offered, all individual in size, decoration
and set up capacity. We are able to host a variety of corporate services,
whether it´s one to one interviewing in our private suites or the latest
product launch. Our rooms and the fantastic grounds can all be utilized to
suit your needs. With competitive delegate rates available, you and your
associates will be afforded conference, banqueting and accommodation
facilities within the beautiful setting of Branston Hall Hotel.
All conference rooms are situated on the ground floor with full accesible
facilities. Free and ample car parking is available with space for coaches
and larger vehicles too.

The York SuiteThis room is ideal for more intimate meetings or private dining meetings. It
is an excellent shape for boardroom style events. The York Suite is also very
popular for interviewing. The room overlooks the front of the hotel and
benefits from plenty of natural daylight. The York Suite has a direct dial
telephone, ample power points and wi-fi hotspot.
The Westminster Suite
The Westminster Suite is a popular room for more all types of meetings
for up to 40 delegates. The room is tastefully decorated and overlooks
the front gardens of the hotel. This room can accommodate boardroom
meetings, theatre and classroom style events. It has direct dial telephone,
natural light, ample power points and wi-fi hotspot.
The Churchill Suite
The Churchill Suite is a purpose-built conference and banqueting suite.
The main room can accommodate up to 180 delegates in a theatre style
set-up. Having its own cloakroom facilities, car park and kitchen, it is an
ideal suite for larger corporate conferences. The Suite enjoys fabulous views
and direct access to our well-maintained grounds and it is very flexible as
to type of room layouts that are possible. Adjacent to this is the annexe,
suitable for coffee breaks, an exhibition area or for syndicate meetings. Lots
of natural light, ample power points and a wi-fi hotspot.

Option A Day Delegate rate: £28.50 per person. Tea and Coffee with biscuits on arrival, Mid Morning Coffee & Danish pastries, Finger Buffet lunch (2 options to choose from), Afternoon Tea & Cake, Room Hire, Equipment Service & VAT.
Option B Day Delegate rate: £32.50 per person. Tea and Coffee with Biscuits on arrival, Mid Morning Coffee & Danish pastries, Hot & Cold Buffet Luncheon with Dessert, Afternoon Tea & Cake, Room Hire, Equipment Service & VAT.
Option C 24hr Delegate rate: £110 per person. This option gives your delegates the chance to reflect on the day’s meeting topics and for further team building forums. Excellent value at just £77.50 more per delegate than a day only (option B) conference and for this there is dinner, bed and breakfast included.Tea and Coffee with Biscuits on arrival, Mid Morning Coffee & Danish pastries, Hot & Cold Buffet Luncheon with Dessert, Afternoon Tea & Cake, Table d’hote Evening Meal, En Suite Accommodation, Breakfast, Use of Leisure Facilities, Room Hire, Equipment Service & VAT.

1. The booking will only be confirmed upon deposit being received and return of this form, signed and completed accordingly.
2. Credit facility available to corporate business only and subject to trade reference checks.references and completion of the credit application form.
4. Final numbers for the event will be required no later than 10 working days prior to the booked event in all cases.
If final numbers are not issued to us 10 days prior to the event we will cater for the amount stated at the original time of booking and this will be charged accordingly, unless arran-gement otherwise by prior arrangement with the hotel management.
CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. Cancellation of conferences with over one months notice - No Charge.2. Cancellation with between 1 month and 10 days notice will result in a charge of 50% of the total
amount of facilities and services booked unless the date is re-sold. In this case, 50% of the anticipated revenue is £ 3. Cancellation between 10 days and 48 hours notice will result in 75% of the facilities and services
booked being charged.4. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will result in 100% of the facilities and services booke
being charged.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOTEL WILL ENDEAVOUR TO FIND A REPLACEMENT BOOKING AND IF SUCCESSFUL WILL OFFSET ANY CANCELLATION CHARGE. THIS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE HOTELS MANAGEMENT.
