Usually Kerala food is hot and spicy. Several spices are

used in food preparation that gives a unique aroma and

flavour to the food. The coconut being an integral part

of life of the people in Kerala, is used in most of the

delicacies in di�erent forms. Coconut either chopped or

grated, or its milk predominates almost all of

our dishes.
