This patient underwent a lumpectomy and radiation for left breast cancer. She recurred five years later and Is shown before and after bilateral subcutaneous nipple

sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction using Allloderm. Right breast mastopexy performed primarily, during immediate reconstruction.

This patient underwent a lumpectomy and radiation for left breast cancer. She recurred five years later and Is shown before and after bilateral subcutaneous nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction using Allloderm. This patient, a smoker, underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy for breast cancer and immediate reconstruction with Strattice®. Photos

are prior to second stage where autologous fat grafting will enhance symmetry and desired breast volume, esp. in the upper pole.
