In 2012 Nicholas began development of the Business Genetics Group – an organization dedicated to building an outstanding portfolio of business offerings including Breathe, which focus on supporting organizations in various ways to develop robustness in their sales performance. In 2015 he left his C-level position in the Middle East and started to bring together high-caliber professionals who share the sales development vision.
JoAndrews
With almost 30 years of experience, Jo’s early career moved from regional sales management roles in real estate and financial services both in the B2B and B2C arenas to 10 years in blue chip financial services companies such as GE Capital and American Express. These and later senior roles focused on optimizing sales and the profitability of sales functions across global businesses, taking them through significant operational and cultural change to enable greater sales results.

With more than twenty years within the pharmaceutical industry, seventeen in leadership roles, Lisa is an experienced performance coach & facilitator.
