Owning a home is not as difficult as some may think.  Most people can qualify for a mortgage with a credit score over 620 points. You should consult with a certified loan officer to determine your eligibility.

Interest rates are historically low right now, buying a house is, in most cases, cheaper than the option of renting with many more benefits. Most loan expert forecast interest rates to increase this year, so right now are the most favorable interest rates you may see for years, saving hundreds of dollars a month on most loans compared to future rate predictions.
