entertaining in the comfort of your own lounge room? Except with a lot more beer,

great food – and no washing up. And legendary staff, we might add.

What are you waiting for? Let’s get this party started.

Our curated range of over 600 world-class craft beers and 18 rotating taps

is a great place to begin. Or if you’d prefer an Australian craft gin, a cheeky chardy

or a simple lemon, lime & bitters – we’ve got your back.

But what’s a party without food? You could choose one of our

American-inspired finger food packages or you could go the whole hog,

so to speak, with our ultimate Brewski American BBQ experience. And don’t fret

about friends’ dietary requirements. Between our tasty plant-based,

gluten-free and carnivore options, nobody is going home hungry.

So that’s food and drink sorted. How about a unique space for you and your

guests? We’ve got four of them. Spaces for a birthday, a rare beer tasting,

The Greenhouse gets you off the bustle of Caxton

Street and into our take on industrial chic. And

it’s got 99 bottles of beer on the wall (you can

count them if you like). This highly versatile

space can be booked as a whole or arranged

into semi-private spaces in a variety of layouts

for groups of 20 and up to 70. With easy access

to the main bar and your own music selection.

You’ll wish you had a back deck like this at home.

Great DrinksWhether you want to keep a tight leash on the tab or want to let the good gear flow,

we have plenty of options to ensure your guests have fun within your budget.


Reservations, Cancellations & Deposits. Tentative bookings can only be held for up to 3 days. Once this period has lapsed, the venue reserves the right to release the tentative reservation. To confirm a booking, a minimum deposit of $200 is required. This payment should be made within 48 hours of receiving the booking form to secure the date, and can be done using any major credit card, EFTPOS, direct deposit or cash. A compulsory credit card authority is also required to confirm the booking and is held as security.

The deposit amount will be deducted from your total bill amount prior to the final payment (It cannot be refunded in cash or credited back to your card) on the date of the event.

Cancellations must be made in writing to the function team at [email protected]. If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded in full, less any costs incurred on your behalf. If cancellation is made 14 days or less prior to the event, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited, unless the function is re-booked.

Prices & minimum spends. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST. Whilst every effort is taken to maintain prices, these are subject to change. Management will advise if a minimum spend is required upon enquiry, as it may be required depending on the season. If required, minimum spend is made up of food & beverages, and can be a combination of your spend, as well as all your guests’ spend. If the minimum spend quoted is not met, the difference will be charged as venue hire and be payable at the end of your function.

Room allocation. Management reserves the right to assign an alternate room where the original room becomes inappropriate or unavailable due to circumstances beyond the venue’s control. Should attendee numbers decrease from numbers advised at the time of final confirmation, it is at the venue management’s discretion to reallocate an event to a more appropriate space.

Function conduct. It is required that the host will conduct the function in an orderly manner. All normal venue policies, procedures and legal responsibilities apply to any and all persons attending functions at all times, including total compliance to all responsible service of alcohol guidelines and standards*.

When booking a function, it is the host’s responsibility to give accurate details in relation to the type of function and its guests. If a guest falsifies information, or if a function is booked on false pretences, the venue reserves the right to cancel the function without notice, and at the expense of the host.

*Responsible Service of Alcohol. The sale and supply of liquor to unduly intoxicated persons carry heavy fines. Management: $60,950. Staff: $9,752. Brewski Management and staff can’t afford that! Intoxicated person’s will not be served. All guests wanting to purchase alcohol must be over the age of 18 years old and hold a valid form of identification.

Security. Particular functions may require additional security. This will be decided at the discretion of the venue management, and will be discussed from the time of enquiry and charged to the client prior to the event proceeding.

Damage. Please be advised that hosts are financially responsible for any damage, theft, breakage or vandalism sustained to the function room or venue premises by guests, invitees or other persons attending the function. Should any extra cleaning be required to return the premise to a satisfactory standard, this will be charged to the client. The venue does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left at the venue prior to or after the function. Note that the use of confetti, glitter, rice, candles or similar within all spaces is prohibited and will attract a cleaning fee. Wilful damage will need to be fully compensated and will be reported to police. It is recommended that all client goods be removed from the venue immediately after the function.

Final payment. All catering, beverage and room set up requirements are requested a minimum of 14 days prior to your function date. Final attendance numbers are required 7 working days prior to the event. Please note that this number will form the basis for final charging. All catering costs must be paid upon confirmation of final numbers.

Pre-arranged beverage packages/selections may be required to be paid prior to the event and is at the discretion of management. Once payment has been processed, no refunds will be offered should your numbers decrease, or you experience no shows on the evening. Should payment not be received, the venue reserves the right not to proceed with the function. Drinks on consumption tabs must be paid upon conclusion of the event.

Guest entry. Guest entry to functions will only be permitted in accordance with agreed start and finish times. Hosts may pre-arrange an early arrival with the function team. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron in accordance with normal responsible service of alcohol procedures. Additional function guests (above and beyond the numbers of guests confirmed) may only be admitted in accordance with the venue’s licensed capacity. Minors are welcome to attend functions only when accompanied by a Legal Guardian.

Corporate Bookings. Room hire costs for our corporate packages apply to hires between 7am and 6pm only. All times outside this must meet room minimum numbers for exclusive bookings or an agreed minimum spend.

Function Menus. Due to Brewski’s commitment to sourcing ethical, seasonal produce some menu items may be subject to change without notice. Where a product is unavailable, an appropriate substitute will be offered.

Dietary Requirements. The Brewski kitchen team are able to offer options to suit most dietary requirements. Dietary requirements should be finalised alongside catering requirements to ensure our kitchen team can cater to their needs.

Suncorp Stadium Events. Please bear in mind that because we are close to Suncorp Stadium some restrictions will apply to bookings on event and game days. The function team will be able to advise you of any conflicts at time of enquiry.

Minors. Under 18s are welcome in all function spaces of Brewski Bar provided they are accompanied by a Legal Guardian at all times. Brewski staff may ask minors to be identified with a wristband. If so this wristband must remain on for the duration of the minor’s time in the venue.

Minimum number of guests. In areas where a minimum number of guests are not achieved these spaces will be opened up for public use.

Audio Visual Equipment. Please advise us at the time of your booking if you require any of these additional audio visual components. We also strongly recommend booking a ‘test run’ with our functions team prior to your event as we can’t guarantee compatibility.
