Loyalty Rewards Program
The program has been designed to say
thankyou for your loyalty and to give you
more of what you love at the Bribie
Island Bowls Club.
How do I earn Points?
Use your membership card to earn points when playing
a gaming machine, or when you purchase beverages
from the bar or the bottle shop.
Gaming Machine $5 Turnover = 1 Point
Bottle Shop or Bar $1 spend = 1 Point

How can I use my points?
Points can be redeemed at the Bar or Bottle Shop
when making a purchase and your points balance
will NOT effect the level you are on. Alternatively
you can Redeem Points for cash at the Cashiers
office.
How do I know which level I am on
When you swipe your card at the Kiosk or in-
sert your card into a gaming machine, It will tell
you which level you are currently on.
How can I check my point balance?
You can check you points balance any time
through the Kiosk card swipe machine. Alter-
natively you can ask one of our friendly staff at
the cashier or reception who can check your
points balance for you, However the points bal-
ance you can see does not reflect the points
you have earnt over a 3 month which determine
the level you are on.
Can I go down a level?
Yes. All levels are adjusted at the end of every
June & December to determine the level you
are on. Points earnt in the previous quarter (3
months rolling period) will determine which
level you will be on . Your points balance will
generally be different to your membership level
points earnt.
Do my points expire each year?
Yes. All points expire on Midnight on the 31st
of December unless you are in the Diamond or
Diamond Exclusive tier level.
At the end of the year when my points
expire, will I go back to Ruby Level?
No. Even though Pay by Points will expire for
some members, you will stay on your level based
on points you have earnt in the last 3 rolling
months.
If I spend my points, will it drop me down
a level?
No. Levels are based on points earnt, not points
spent or current points balance on your card.
How does the 10%, 25% & 50% dis-
counts work?
Depending what level you are on, you may be enti-
tled to loyalty discounts at the Bar. This discount is
for your use only as a member in that particular
reward level. The discount can not be applied
while using any other coupons, discounts or sav-
ings. ie you can not use a Birthday voucher and
have the discount applied to the purchase.
Can I opt out of the program?
Yes. If you do not wish to participate in the re-
wards program, ask for an opt out form avail-
able from reception and we can remove you
from the program.
Will the Program and its benefits
change?
Yes. Our Program will change over time to offer
our members the best in Loyalty Rewards we can
offer.
Where can I get more information?
You can ask our friendly staff at any time if you
have any further questions .
1. The Loyalty Rewards Program is only
available to Financial Members of the
Bribie Island Bowls Club
2. Management reserves the right to im-
pose restrictions of the Bribie Island
Bowls Club loyalty rewards program at
any time and at their discretion.
3. Daily Beverage redemption must be done
in person by the member and the as-
signed Membership Card must be pre-
sented. Photo ID may also be requested.
4. Reward discounts can not be used or ap-
plied with any other offer, discounts or
coupons. Discounts are to be only used
for the card holder and not used for pur-
chasing items for an entire table of pa-
trons.
5. Reward Points are earned and must be
redeemed within the same Calendar
year.
6. To accumulate Reward Points, the Mem-
ber must have their membership card in-
serted into the gaming machine while
playing and also present their member-
ship card when making purchases at the
point of sale terminals throughout the
Club.
7. It is the responsibility of the Member to
ensure their Membership Card is prop-
erly inserted into a gaming machine and
is earning rewards Points.
8. Different accrual rates and redemptions
may apply for the tiered loyalty levels.
Your actual points do not effect your
level points.
9. Management will not be liable for any
unauthorised use of a Members Member-
ship Card and the subsequent accumula-
tion of redemption of Reward points.
10. Bribie Island Bowls Club is not responsi-
ble for any lost or stolen Membership
Cards.
11. Bribie Island Bowls Club reserves the
right to correct any balance of Reward
Points resulting from malfunction, opera-
tion error, fraud and / or other causes.
12. In the event of a Members death, Re-
wards points accrued on their card re-
main the property of Bribie Island Bowls
Club.
13. In the event of a Members death or can-
cellation of their membership, any un-
used Reward Points will be forfeited.
14. Participation in the Rewards Program in-
dicated acceptance of the Terms and
Conditions.
15. Management reserved the right to
amend the conditions of the loyalty pro-
gram.
16. The rewards program membership, pro-
motions and benefits may be revised and
altered at any time without prior notice
made by the Bribie Island bowls Club.
17. In the event the Rewards program
ceases to operate all benefits will be
cancelled with 30 days of issuing a no-
tice to members.
