Abstract sent by post and fax will not be accepted. An acknowledgment will be sent to you on the receipt of the abstract. Please contact the Secretariat if you have not received the acknowledgement letter 3 days after you submitted your abstract(s).
Important Note:Authors of abstracts accepted for presentation MUST be registered delegates and be responsible for all expenses incurred in the production of their posters, travel and accommodation during the Conference.
Please register as delegates before 20th May 2011 to ensure that your abstracts will be included in the abstract book.
The scienti�c committee of the Conference reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts submitted. The committee’s decisions are �nal.
Structure of Abstract• The abstract must not exceed 250 words. The abstract should be typed in single spacing; font size 11; Times New Roman.• Simple tables and graphs may be included if they �t into one page along with the abstract text.• Type the title in BOLD in capital letters.• Make the abstract as informative as possible. Conclusion must be supported by data. Organise the body of the abstract as follows:
1) Abstract Title 2) Author & Af�liation 3) Content a. Objectives b. Method c. Results d. Conclusions POSTER Presentation Guidelines• The poster should be typed in Verdana Font with bigger font size. The poster should not be larger than 90cm (width) and 120cm (Length).• Each poster must include the following information: Title of paper, name of author (s), af�liation, introduction, methodology, results & discussion and conclusion.• Velcro tape will be provided for putting up the posters. Please refrain from using any pushpins that might damage the poster panel boards.
