Briefing for Operation Ortsac

Overview We have conclusive proof (by CIA standards)

that the regime of Raoul Castro has been providing, through an intermediary, weapons to Anti-American terrorists. These terrorists have launched several attacks on targets within the mainland United States.

This evidence cannot be provided to the international community out of the concern of divulging our sources and compromising our operatives.

Overview We have further proof that these insurgents

have been allowed to operate freely in, and use as their base, La Habana Vieja.

We estimate that there are approximately 5,000 terrorists holed up in La Habana Vieja

These terrorists are known to have stockpiled weapons in La Habana Vieja including AK-47’s, RPG’s, material to make IED’s and sundry explosive devices.

Supplies It appears that terrorists are receiving a

limited amount of supplies from San Cristobal and a substantial amount from Cardenas

However, the idea is that you have been given a limited amount of supplies. From the first 8 on the list you can only choose to have 5 of those weapons in your arsenal. Grenades, ammo for guns are assumed to be provided.

The First Portion will be devising a plan for defeating the enemy. This includes, but is certainly not limited to, point of invasion, establishing rules of engagement, tactics, how weapons will be deployed/when you will use these weapons, consideration of political ramifications of your actions/key points to seize. In other words, apply what you have learned concerning urban warfare.

The second portion provides the variables. As you implement your plan I will throw in several variables and ask you to respond.
