Can you describe a project you worked on recently At the start of 2016 one of our customers aunched a private abe in the orienta food segment - a category where Uni ever is market eader with its brand Conimex This impacted Uni ever with a oss in turnover which was of course a big cha enge for our team It was our responsibi ity to come up with a p an to counter the negative impact of the recent y introduced private abe

What was your role and what was the greatest challenge you faced in this project My ro e was to ead a two-week activation for one of our customers in order to push incrementa sa es on Conimex The nature of the project meant I was ab e to work c ose y with my customer and severa teams across different areas within Uni ever such as Marketing and our Fie d Sa es Force In order to make this a success it was necessary to isten to the customerrsquos needs and trans ate this into actionab e input within the given timeframe Invo ving every stakeho der in the project and paying c ose attention to detai meant we were ab e to create and execute this activation in over 60 supermarkets

What impact did the project have The two-week activation consisted of instore Conimex cooking demonstrations supported by price promotions ots of point of sa e materia and a eafet campaign throughout the region This resu ted in near y euro100K in incrementa sa es and an increase in Conimexrsquos overa sa es compared to the previous year

What did you learn from the project This project he ped me to earn how to iaise with mu tip e stakeho ders and gave me insights into the retai ersrsquo perspective It a so a owed me to identify my strengths and weaknesses and to deve op my eadership ski s something I can bring to the tab e when eading future projects

What was your role and what was the greatest challenge you faced in this project My ro e was to ead a two-week activation for one of our customers in order to push incrementa sa es on Conimex The nature of the project meant I was ab e to work c ose y with my customer and severa teams across different areas within Uni ever such as Marketing and our Fie d Sa es Force In order to make this a success it was necessary to isten to the customerrsquos needs and trans ate this into actionab e input within the given timeframe Invo ving every stakeho der in the project and paying c ose attention to detai meant we were ab e to create and execute this activation in over 60 supermarkets
