Brilliance of the Seas offers an unimaginable experience for adventure seekers and those looking to relax the day away. Enjoy panoramic views with all the wide-open spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Rise up 40 feet above deck on a rock-climbing wall or daydream in the adults-only Solarium pool. Spend an evening watching an awe-inspiring original production or stroll to one of the many venues to enjoy live musical acts. When in-port, explore Cozumel, Mexico and George Town, Grand Cayman, on one of the many tours offered.

Upon arrival, please stop by the Southeast Toyota Hospitality Desk located in the Starquest Nightclub on deck 13. Grab a refreshment and your welcome bag and packet, and then select a pair of designer sunglasses. Additional program information will be provided at this time.

Other items that will help make your trip more comfortable, enjoyable and memorable:• Poolside and beach pleasure – nothing beats reading a great book in the sun• Journal – keep an account of your adventure for sharing and reminiscing• Binoculars – magnified excitement onshore from the ship• Medications – if you are prone to seasickness

WHAT NOT TO PACKWeapons, illegal drugs and other items that could interfere with the safe operation of the ship or the safe and secure environment of guests and crew, are prohibited. The United States Transportation Security Administration also recommends that you do not pack fragile or expensive items (such as jewelry) in checked luggage.

The following are examples of items that guests are not allowed to bring onboard. These and other similar items will be confiscated if found. Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives and dangerous chemicals will not be returned.• Sharp objects, including knives and scissors• Candles and incense• Coffeemakers, clothes irons and hot plates• Baseball bats, hockey sticks, cricket bats, bows and arrows• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages*

CRUISE DOCUMENTS & LUGGAGE TAGSDon’t forget to take advantage of the “online check-in” to obtain boarding documents (SetSail pass) and print your luggage tags prior to departing. Doing this in advance saves you from having to fill out forms at the pier. When you and your party arrive, you’ll just need your signed SetSail pass, identification documents (passport) and the credit card you used to register online. The online check-in for the ship must be completed at least three days before departure.

Place your luggage tags on the items that will be checked. For the first day of your cruise, pack a small carry-on bag with your travel documents, a change of clothes, bathing suit and any medications you may need so you don’t have to wait for your checked bags to arrive in your stateroom.

* Alcoholic beverages purchased in ports-of-call, or from shops onboard, will be stored by the ship and delivered to you on the last day ofsailing. Alcoholic beverages seized on embarkation day will not be returned.

DRIVING POLICYAll attendees will drive to Cruise Terminal #3 in Tampa, Florida. Please plan to arrive at the pier by 1 p.m. on Monday, March 20.

For GPS users, the address of Cruise Terminal #3 is: 815 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602

There are signs on all approaching roads that provide clear directions to Royal Caribbean Cruise Terminal #3 along with the appropriate exits.

ARRIVAL PARKING INFORMATIONA parking garage is located at 810 Channelside Drive, across the street from Terminal 3. The parking fee is approximately $75 for five days (subject to change) and is payable upon entry into the parking area in the form of cash or credit card. For additional parking information, please call 813-905-7678.To purchase your parking pass in advance, visit the Tampa Port Authority website – the only official cruise parking provided by the Port of Tampa.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTSAfter guests check-in their luggage with the porters, they may enter the terminal, proceed through security and then on to check-in before boarding. If guests arrive prior to boarding, porters will accept their luggage and they will be permitted to enter the terminal and proceed through security and on to check-in. Check-in guests will be seated until boarding.

SOUTHEAST TOYOTA PROTECH CHECK-INWhile you are making your way through the ship, the first place you’ll want to explore will be the Southeast Toyota Hospitality Desk located in the Starquest Nightclub on deck 13. Grab a refreshment, and your welcome bag and packet, and then select a pair of designer sunglasses – a gift from Toyota Motor Sales and Southeast Toyota.

SEAPASS CARDThe SeaPass® card will be your individual ID card, your room key, boarding pass at ports-of-call, and used to access your onboard expense account. We recommend carrying your card with you at all times for safety and security.

DEPARTURE LUGGAGEYour luggage – with the exception of your carry-on and your next day’s clothes – will need to be set outside of your stateroom the night before departure (generally by 12 a.m.). Consult your daily Cruise Compass guide for the exact time and detailed instructions.

ATTIRE SUGGESTIONSTo better prepare for your trip, here are some helpful tips:• Travel Attire: Comfortable, casual sportswear• Onboard: Casual attire during the day; shorts, t-shirts, slacks, trousers, casual skirts, blouses

and sundresses are perfect whether indoors or out.• Lounging by the Pool: Pack two bathing suits and a pair of casual shoes (e.g., flip flops, sandals,

sneakers). You’ll also need some casual shorts and a couple of t-shirts or a cover-up for getting toand from the pool areas.

• Fitness Center: Extra shorts, t-shirts, socks and sneakers• Welcome Cocktail Reception and Group Dinner, Monday, March 20: Resort casual – Dockers-style

pants, golf shirt, collared shirt for men. Sundress, pants/slacks, blouse, casual sportswear for women.• Group Dinner, Tuesday, March 21: Formal – Jacket and tie, suit and tie, tuxedo for men. Long dresses,

cocktail dresses or pantsuits for women.• Group Dinners, Wednesday, March 22 – Friday, March 24: Resort casual – Dockers-style pants,

WHAT YOUR PROGRAM INCLUDES

TRANSPORTATIONSoutheast Toyota will provide compensation based on your district. You will receive a cash payment upon check-in at the Southeast Toyota Hospitality Desk located at the Starquest Nightclub on deck 13.

If you choose to fly at your own expense, you will need to book your travel. The dates and times are as follows:• Monday, March 20 arrive into Tampa International Airport (TPA) no later than 12 p.m.• Saturday, March 25 depart Tampa International Airport (TPA) no earlier than 12 p.m.

ACCOMMODATIONSSoutheast Toyota will provide the following accommodations:

• One double occupancy accommodation in an ocean view cabin from March 20 – 25, 2017 on theBrilliance of the Seas including taxes, fees and port expenses, bellman and housekeeping services,gratuities, and service charges.

MEALSSoutheast Toyota will provide the following beverage package:• Deluxe beverage package that includes: call and premium cocktails, frozen cocktails, beer, premium

wines by the glass, non-alcoholic cocktails, bottled sparkling and still water, fountain soda withsouvenir cup. (Does not include bottles of wine or canned soda.)

Once on board the cruise ship, all meals are included. If you choose to eat at a specialty dining option on board or order room service, additional charges will be at your own expense.

TIPPIINGGratuities for scheduled group functions, bellman, housekeeping services and dining have been prepaid by Southeast Toyota. All other tipping, such as meals on own, is the responsibility and discretion of the traveler.

ACTIVITIESSoutheast Toyota will sponsor one activity for each attendee on Wednesday, March 22 and Thursday, March 23. Activities not included as a part of this program are at your own expense.

INFORMATION

CELLULAR AT SEASoutheast Toyota will provide the following Wi-Fi service:• 1, 24-hour period per person for the duration of the cruise. This will show on your stateroom account

as a $19.99 internet charge followed by a stateroom credit of $25.00.

Royal Caribbean has an advanced roaming network available on all ships that allows you to place and receive calls and access voice mail, text messages and GPRS data using your own cell phone. Per minute and carrier rates may apply. Be sure to turn off your data roaming in your phone settings.

CLIMATEGrand Cayman has a tropical climate. Daytime highs average 81ºF with nightly lows near 68ºF. Average rainfall in March is 0.787 inches.

Cozumel, Mexico has a balmy climate. Daytime highs average 79ºF with nightly lows near 71ºF. Average rainfall in March is 1.181 inches.

EMERGENCIESThe closest hospital to the cruise terminal is Tampa General Hospital (1 Tampa General Circle, Tampa, FL 33606). The phone number is 813-844-7000.

In case of a medical emergency on the cruise, dial #911 from any shipboard phone for the operator who will contact emergency services or medical personnel. To contact the medical facility or pharmacy, dial #51 from any shipboard phone. The medical facility and pharmacy can be found on deck 2. Please notify the ProTech Hospitality Desk, located in the Card Room on deck 4, of all emergencies as soon as possible.

MINORSAs a reminder, this trip has been specifically designed for adults. For the safety and well-being of minors (any person under the age of 21) and for insurance purposes, our regulations expressly prohibit minors from attending any Southeast Toyota group functions, including all meals, receptions, and social events.

NAME BADGESPlease wear your name badge at all group functions as a courtesy to other attendees. You will receive your badge upon check-in at the Southeast Toyota Hospitality Desk in the Starquest Nightclub on deck 13.

PERSONAL EXPENSESYou will be asked to provide a credit card for your on-board account. Any additional expenses incurred such as telephone calls, laundry, restaurant charges not covered under meals, non-included beverages, non-included activities and additional spa treatments are at your own expense.

SMOKING POLICYCigarettes, cigars and pipe tobacco must be properly disposed of and never thrown overboard. The cruise ship is designated as non-smoking. There are designated certain areas of the ship as smoking areas. Cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the starboard side. To assist in locatingareas where smoking is permitted; you will find visible signage posted within all smoking areas and ashtrays thatare provided for use. There will be visible signage indicating the non-smoking area in the casino. Onboard, allinterior public spaces are smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted in any dining venue, theater, bar, lounge, hallway,elevator, and jogging track. Smoking is not permitted inside any stateroom and any stateroom balcony. Thisapplies to all stateroom categories onboard. If a guest is in violation of this stateroom policy, a cleaning fee of$250 USD will be applied to their SeaPass account and may be subject to further action pursuant to the‘Consequences Section’ of the Guest Conduct Policy.

SEVEN MILE BEACH BREAK AT TIKI BEACHEnjoy a day on Grand Cayman’s famous Seven Mile Beach. Relax on your lounge chair as you sip on complimentary fruit punch and take in the scenery. You will see your toes clearly through the turquoise waters as you cool off during a refreshing swim. Choose from various water sports such as kayaking and snorkeling. Changing facilities, fresh water showers, and a bar and restaurant are all onsite for your convenience.

CAYMAN GLASS BOTTOM BOAT & ISLAND TOUREnjoy the beauty of Grand Cayman’s underwater world while staying dry on the Cayman Underwater Observatory cruise. The one-hour glass bottom boat tour allows you to view colorful marine life and a shipwreck as it maneuvers over an artificial reef system.
