Steps to Bringing Tech and Building a New AgriFood Value Chain

Gather Info

• Define what is working and what’s not to be sure you are trying

to fix the right things

• Bring in the right outside advisors to build and validate plan

• Initial conversations with engaged entities (i.e.. government,

technologies that have had local success

– Which if any technologies are currently deployed

• Identify & map out how each sector works with its service
