These trailer park singing sensations have a great many stories to tell, taking us on one sidesplitting ride of comedy and audience interaction. Audiences spend an evening wowed by veteran singers showcasing songs ranging from Gospel and Country to Broadway, Pop, and Classical. The Maxwell Quartet from ScotlandSaturday, March 14th, 2020, 7:30 pm

The Glasgow-based Maxwell Quartet is regarded as one of Britain’s finest string quartets, with performances set apart by the tribute they pay to their Scottish folk music heritage. The quartet performs regularly across the UK and abroad, at venues including London’s Wigmore Hall, Pur-cell Room, St Martin-in-the-Fields, and the BBC

Chamber Music Proms. Their first North American tour, in Winter 2019, is to coincide with the release of their début CD, featuring works by Haydn and traditional Scottish folk music.

“Brilliantly fresh, unexpected and exhilarating . . .” – The Scottish Herald.

Burlap to Cashmere | Saturday, April 4, 2020, 7:30 pmBurlap to Cashmere will take you back in time to the magical stage of Greenwich Village in the 60s and 70s with the styles of legendary and influential artists like Bob Dylan, Simon and Garfunkel, James Taylor, and Cat Stevens. Quickly becoming known for their unique sound, energetic live shows and introspective lyrics under-scored by their remarkable musicianship, they have sold nearly a half million records which propelled Burlap to stardom.

“...a stripped-down sound and focused lyrics, reminiscent of Simon & Garfunkel and Cat Stevens. Their blend of Mediterranean rhythms and tight knit harmonies helps them stand out among popular folk-rock acts including Mumford & Sons, Avett Brothers and Fleet Foxes.” – Associated Press
