Each partnership must complete a Partnership Portfol io whichdetai ls how the Educat ion Author i t ies and schools wi l l worktogether over a three year period and considers how thepartnership wil l contribute to the aims and objectives of theoveral l programme. The at tached Partnership Port fo l io templatehas been designed, with significant help from practising teachersinvolved in in ternat ional school par tnerships and should becompleted col laborat ive ly wi th input f rom learners and educatorsin all participating schools. It should help partners to:
Agree activi ty and projects that support educational themesfor learners and educators Create opportunities for young people to be involved in theplanning, del ivery and evaluat ion of the partnership Give a framework within which al l partners can worki n d i v i d u a l l y a n d t o g e t h e r Provide evidence to British Council to support theircont inued resourcing of the programme and partnership
This document should be seen as a working document which isreviewed by the partnership each year and adapted according to

changing needs and circumstance. It wil l also al low Brit ishCouncil to monitor progress over the l i fetime of the partnershipand release funds accordingly.
A copy of the Partnership Portfolio should be held by all membersof the partnership and by the Brit ish Council ConnectingClassrooms managers.
