Master of Business Management (MBA) is typically a 2 year programme which aims at making a candidate proficient in all the subjects of management and an expert for one. In first year of MBA the main focus is on giving students a brief idea about various subjects of management. In the later part of the first year they are also introduced with the specialized areas. In the second year, student has to choose one specialization of his/her choice from the variety of specializations available. This is not applicable if students have taken admission in a specialized course (sectorial MBA). Choosing a specialization can be a difficult process for students.
