At Autonext internship we try to construct a conducive environment for the efficient knowledge transfer. The

training/internship program that we offer has a perfect blend of both practical & theoretical knowledge

imparted through both classroom & workshop session.

The AutoNext Training/internship program provides students with organized learning experiences along

with actual workshop training, to equip them with the requisite knowledge and experience to work in

different automobile sectors.

At AutoNext, we hone the acumen required for placements, interviews & for real time scenarios. This

training program prepares students to understand actual working & systems of all types of vehicle. The

training Instructors are highly qualified and are either scientists, professors, engineers, researchers, industry

persons & all have pertinent field experience and provide a practical and knowledgeable source of

education to our students. We have the staff, facilities and industry relationships you’ll need to succeed.

The internship is being conducted at 3 levels, depending on the course module. The student can opt for any

of the level of training as per their requirement.

SYLLABUS

Session Particulars

1. BASICS OF AUTOMOBILE(TERMINOLOGIES & CYCLES)

Theory consists of various cycles, construction, working mechanisms.

2. ANATOMY OF AUTOMOBILE (SYSTEMS & WORKINGS)

Different systems like the ignition system, transmission system, lubrication, cooling etc.

3. PRACTICAL ON AUTOMOBILE PARTS SESSION( 2 WHEELER & 4 WHEELER) Various automotive parts construction and working study by disintegrating following parts. •Engine •Gear box •Carburetor system •Brakes •Differential •Suspension

4. ENGINE ASSEMBLING & DISSEMBLING SESSION

In this session an automobile engine will be given to a group and they have to dismantle the engine assembly and study the different parts with their own hands.

Session Particulars

1. ADVANCED AUTOMOBILE (RECENT ADVANCEMENTS & NEW TECHNOLOGIES)

The recent advancements in technologies which the automobile sector has undergone will

be discussed in this section.

2. LATEST TECHNOLOGIES IN AUTOMOBILE (INDUSTRY ORIENTED STUDY)

An industry specific module by TATA MOTORS authorized training consultant on the advanced technologies which the TATA motors have.

3. VEHICLE DIAGNOSIS (Theory and Practical)

Practical on vehicle diagnosis method and equipments used to handle troubleshooting

4. GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY (WORKSHOP/GARAGE SESSION)

In the AUTHORIZED WORKSHOP/GARAGE session we will teach the students about actual assembling/dissembling of different systems

on the dismantled cars/bikes.

5. AUTHORIZED TATA MOTORS/ MAHINDRA/ MARUTI WORKSHOP VISIT

8. ENGINE DESIGN SESSION USING SOFTWARE (PROE/CATIA/ANSYS)

In this module different designing software (PROE, CATIA, ANSYS) will be discussed which will be later used to study the designing

of different parts of engine.

2. After receiving your application, we will send you a partial confirmation mail along with

accommodation & payment details.

3. Make the partial payment of Rs 1000 to lock your seat(Rest amount to be paid at Venue) and mail us

regarding your Transaction details

4. (If payment is made through NEFT send us the UTR/Reference number with date and time of payment.

If payment is made by directly depositing the Cash to account then send us the date & time of

transaction, Place of transaction and Amount. If made through DD or Cheque send the DD or Cheque

no.).

5. After partial payment you will receive confirmation mail with registration id & training schedule.

6. Rest of the amount depending on the modules selected, has to be paid on the Program Venue at the

day of induction.
