    Waddah is the Chief EHSQ Compliance Officer and Director of EHSQ Compliance for the

    ENOC Group. He is the Chairman of various Committees within the Organization,

    including the Wellness & Social Activities Program which serves over 6000 employees.

    He graduated as an Environmental Engineer from the University of Wales, College

    Cardiff. Whilst working, he studied intensively and obtained two Diplomas in

    Environmental Management and Safety Management from the UK. Waddah holds a

    distinction level MSc in Environmental Science from the University of the UAE. He hasobtained an Executive MBA through Bradford University in the UK in which he

    specialized in organizational safety behavior. His current doctorate research work with

    the Bradford School of Management, Bradford University, UK is focused on operational

    corporate governance and leadership in EHS.

    Waddah has broad experience and working knowledge of environmental management

    systems and pollution control; fire and safety compliance and design reviews;

    development and administration of occupational health management systems; EHS

    Management Systems Auditing; Job Safety Task Analysis; Total Quality Management

    and other HSE specificities. His contribution to the EHS field includes more than 50

    presentations and technical papers at various local, regional and international

    conferences and forums.

    Waddah has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Emirates Safety Group,and served as an Advisor on the HCT Environmental Sciences Program Committee. He

    was a member of the Petroleum and Lube Specification Committee for the Government

    of the UAE, and more recently became a member of the Dubai Corporate Social

    Responsibility (CSR) Committee. He is also the Chairman of the ENOC Groups Wellness

    & Social Activities Programme Committee. He has been appointed as the Vice-Chairman

    of the Board of the Dubai Centre for Carbon Excellence Dubai, since April 2011.

    Intensive Care Unit in a hospital in South America, he decided to devote

    his time and effort to help minimize the reason for so many accidents

    leading to the loss of human lives within hazardous industries. His main

    interest is in the development of strategies and safety culture building to

    save lives.

    He and his team have developed NeuroCoaching Training & HSE, a

    simple yet practical leadership and training discipline, to expedite and

    reinforce learning processes and the development of better attitudes and

    safety skills. Behavior Based Safety using NeuroCoaching is the main

    focus. NeuroCoaching involves Coaching and Neurofeedback.

    An electrifying speaker, Luis is sought out for the lasting results of hisinterventions. He is the founder and president of Gaventerprise Group

    Corporation, an American consulting firm, with clients in various

    countries. He is also the Director and Founder of the NeuroCoachingInstitute, where Coaching training with global certification is presented.

    He is the author of two books in Stress Reduction and also coauthored a

    book in cardiology, Cardiovascular Risk Factors: Myths and Realities,

    currently used as a textbook at various medical schools. He has published

    a number of audio books and virtual courses. Luis Gaviria still teachespostgraduate psychophysiology at Universidad de Antioquia School of

    Medicine. He usually travels from Fort Lauderdale.
