SAFETY
The machine is equipped with 4 camera’s. Two on the back of
the machine, one at the fore boom for an overview and one with
zoom option at the main stick. The system consists off hydraulic
pressure sensors, angle indicators, inclination indicator and wind
speed indicator. All information is put into the iFlex PLC box that
controls all functions. All pressures of the hydraulical system can
be seen, all angles of the boom and sticks and the complete
configuration of the boom. When approaching a dangerous si-
tuation an orange lamp will indicate 90% danger level reached.
When 100% is reached the movement will stop and a red light
will come on. The machine can only go back to a safe position
before continuing.
Rusch Special Products bv designs custom build Demolition
Machines based in the strong body of excavators. In this brochure
you find the strongest demolition rig at this moment. The use of
high tensile steel up to a yield strength of 960 N/mm2 enables
Rusch to go to extreme heights or extreme strengths. The Triple
range consists of cranes with a reach of 34 meter height and a
tool weight of 10, 15 or 25T tools build on modified 80T, 110T
and 180T excavators. Each machine will be modified in length,
width and ballast weight and executed with a high tensile steel
boom of three pieces. Calculations of both the existing excavator
as the modifications / new parts is done in house.
The Rusch group is specialized in repair of crane structures
up to a steel quality of 1100 N/mm. Although mobile cranes
form the hart of the repair jobs, Rusch is not limited to this
particular type of crane. Over the years Tower cranes, Lat-
tice boom crawler cranes, Excavators, Access platforms
and Piling machines have been part of the work.

The cabin is equiped with a tilting cab till 40 degrees, enabling
the driver to have a good view at the work.
Safety glass of 30 mm is applied together with a safe guard at the
top and the front window.
The cabin is spacious with besides the driver seat an extra seat
for instructor or trainee.
Handles and controls are put in an ergonomic way for comfort
of the driver.
The cabin is located at a height of 6 meters from ground level
giving a good view on the job.
The mainframe is re-enforced with a subframe. The existing ex-
cavator is recalculated if it can take the forces of a 25T tool at
34 meter. This is done by the latest strength calculation software
available. All weak spots are strengthened and to relocate the
hinge point of the boom and to strengthen the mainframe for the
new boom a subframe is connected to the old main frame. In
case the excavators needs to work with the original boom, this
subframe can be removed and the old situation is restored
