i-tray is an automatic destacker for trays

which is designed to solve definitively the

problems concerning the destacking of

ultra-light containers and trays with irre-

gular edges or without rim.

The destacker i-tray can also destack re-

cycled trays.

Thermo-moulded tray destacker

i-traySuitable to destack ultra-light plastic, polystyrene, thermo-

moulded container with or without edges.

It can destack any shape and thickness currently on the mar-

ket.

According to the type of product to be destacked, the gra-

sping mask may feature a vacuum or mechanical gripping sy-

stem or both.

This machine destacks the trays directly on the conveyor sy-

stems in your plant.

Changing from one container to another is easy and quick by

simply replacing the grasping mask.

Provided with electric board and operating panel to control/

operate the machine.

Reliability in dividing the trays means reducing the line stops

and, as a consequence, increasing the hourly production.

This machine is placed upstream of the sowing or transplan-

ting lines before the tray filling phase, where a possible jam-

ming would result in a complete stop of the whole line. It

allows the use of ultra-light trays, which are in greater and gre-

ater demand due to economical and environmental reasons.

Destackeri-tray Funda System

The widespread Funda System re-uses the poly-

styrene cell-like trays by inserting a thin plastic

sheet before the filling.

The polystyrene containers can be, therefore,

re-used without phyto-sanitary and radical pro-

blems by simply replacing the thin plastic sheet,

which is, in addition, recyclable.

With the i-tray funda system, Techmek has reali-

sed a line dedicated to the insertion of these she-

ets and to the connection of it to the filling line in

your farm.

As a consequence, the costs to buy the containers

can be considerably reduced as well as the dispo-

sal costs in a perspective of lower environmental

impact.

Software

A PLC controls the right sequence of the desta-

cker according to the type of tray used.

The installed software allows the operator to

connect the i-tray to any conveyor or filling

system by granting the right synchronism.

In addition, in case of troubleshooting, stop or

failure, the operator can easily and precisely

intervene thanks to the warning lights on the

operating panel.
