• Pre-ID Labels Process– Add the option to print a particular period teacher info in the

teacher name fields on the extract or choose “homeroom” teacher

– For EOCT, only send courses that the student is registered in as of the effective date. Currently we send all unless the courses are re-flagged

Discipline Extract– Changing the extract to allow (hopefully REQUIRE) EVERY

event and resolution type to allow a code to be entered– Adding a “State Event Code” and “State Resolution Code” field

to each code – mapping it back to the appropriate state code– Adding a “USCO Code” to each event to determine which USCO

category this code should report under

Student Course Profile– Send only current courses – currently sending all– Ability to select desired grade levels

• DOE requires grades 6-12 but allows any grades

GTID Extract– Add a date range option to allow district to send any enrollment

changes during that date range– Still sending students with no state ID– This will allow the appropriate enrollment changes to be sent in

for the Student Profile process without having to send ALL transactions

Custom SPED Extract– If not using the Campus IEP, or if you desire for the dates to be

reported from one single screen, we have a new process available for this

Why does the Address extract have City, State and Zip extracted twice?

The -7416 is in the right position for the Zip Code.....30041 should be extracted.
