ABOUT CHAMOMILE: Chamomile is an herb that is generally used to help upset stomachs and promote sleep. CHAMOMILE COMES IN MANY FORMS:

Dry flower heads Tea bags Liquid extract Creams and ointments

HOW TO USE FOR RELAXATION: BATH: Place chamomile tea leaves in

bath. The scent can be very relaxing and can give your skin a nice scent.

SLEEP: Make your own chamomile spray by mixing chamomile leaves and warm water in a small spray bottle. Shake and allow the leaves to soak in the water. You can then spray a small amount on your pillow, which will promote sleep.

TEA: Chamomile tea can be found at many local grocery stores. This tea is known to have anti-anxiety effects and helps soothe an upset stomach.

LAVENDERABOUT LAVENDER: Lavender is a flowering plant in the mint family. It has many unique uses besides its use in aromatherapy. It can soothe insect bites, burns, and headaches.LAVENDER COMES IN MANY FORMS:

HOW TO USE FOR RELAXATION: BATH: Placing lavender petals or

essential oil in your bath water allows you to soak in its relaxing properties while you bathe.

SLEEP: Placing lavender petals or seeds in your pillow case allows you to smell its relaxing scent and fall asleep easily.

MASSAGE: apply a small amount of lavender oil or lotion to palm of hand and massage areas that may be tense, for example, your neck, shoulders, and feet.

EVERYDAY USE: Just the scent of lavender can help you relax. Having lavender candles or potpourri is an easy way to enjoy the relaxing scent in your home.

ABOUT SANDALWOOD: Sandalwood is concentrated from the roots and heartwood of trees that take 50 to 80 years to reach full maturity. The scent of sandalwood is called Chandana and is used to induce a calm and meditative state.SANDALWOOD IS AVAILABLE AS:

Essential oils Perfumes and aftershaves Candles

HOW TO USE FOR RELAXATION: MASSAGE: Combine

sandalwood essential oil and vegetable oil to create a soothing massage oil that can be used to relax any part of the body

EVERYDAY USE: Sandalwoods main form is an oil, therefore it can come in many forms, like candles, and perfumes.
