Handicap CommitteeHandicaps will be billed in April for the 2017 season. The fee is $32 per player and this money goes to the Golf Association of Michigan who maintains handicaps in the state. If you are participating in any club event this year you will need to have a current handicap available. If you choose not to have a handicap, please let us know by April 18 so we do not bill you.

The handicap committee took a more active role last year and will continue to increase its presence at the club. The committee will increase its information to members so people have a better understanding of what a handicap is and why it is important in maintaining the club’s competitive fair play. Every time you play a round it should be posted (home and away scores). If you ever have any questions about how the handicap system works please feel free to ask a professional in the Pro Shop. Look for more articles and information from this committee during the season.

REGRIP YOUR CLUBSIt is important to regrip your clubs every year if you play more than twice a week.Brookwood’s Spring Special is going on so save $1 off each club.
