Belly dancer since 2000, perfor-ms with tribal dance since 2005, being one of the style pioneers in Porto Alegre and in Brazil; other than ballerina she is also a cho-reographer, artistic director and Al-málgama group idealizer; te-aches classes and workshops, performs tribal dance shows throughout the country. In 2014 participated of the TRIBAL FEST 14 (USA), where personated the country on the festival´s stages with the choreography “Dis-tortion”. Active in competitive festivals where has been acting as a jury and as a competitor, from which always got great re-cognition for her work. Winner, for two years in a row, of the Prêmio Açorianos (considered being the municipal award of the most artistic recognition).

SUMMARY OF CURRICULUMGROUP AL-MÁLGAMAWe believe that the Al-málgama Group emerged in 2000 (although at the time it wa-sn’t yet named that way), when the founder and leader Bruna Gomes began to develop some choreography along with her first stu-dents. Since 2011, the group began a new stage, participating in various festivals in our region and getting a warm welcome where-ver we went, earning important awards and highlights in the category. In 2013 the group presents its first exclusive show “13 anos” (which means 13 years) where the director and choreographer receives the “Prêmio açorianos” for the group of choreographic creations as well as an outstanding dancer. The following year, the show “Sirena” was developed, which had great recognition by the public, winning the presentation sea-son and crowding all sessions. Currently, we have four main dancers, and many others that make up the corps de ballet in chore-ographic works, which engage, study and sweat their shirts for the Group.

TYPE OF DANCE THAT DEVELOPS

Tribal Fusion Dance: It is characterized for being one of the freestyles in the field of the tribal dance, in which are ad-ded styles and concepts from other art forms.

Tribal Interpretive Dance: Tribal Interpreti-ve uses the Tribal Fusion and drama to express through performance an idea, a concept, an emotion.
