The special brushes from Interlock Medizintechnik GmbH are ideal for cleaning the outside surfaces
of instruments prior to mechanical cleaning and sterilisation. Regardless of how tough the soiling of
your instruments is to remove, with our brushes which come in a wide variety of Hardnesses, sizes and
shapes, you are sure to fi nd the perfect solution. Even tough-to-remove coagulated blood residue is No
longer a problem thanks to the specially designed nylon bristles. The Interlock special brushes are also
well suited for cleaning acetabular reamers and removing residue from the joints of needle holders and
scissors.

Double-sided cleaning brushes for cleaning endoscope working channels help you to reprocess fl exible endoscopes thoroughly. You must ensure that the correct brush is selected to avoid damaging the instrument and to achieve a perfect cleaning result. Interlock Medizintechnik GmbH features an impressive range of brushes. The diverse brush head shapes, diameters and brush lengths are particularly worthy of mention, as are the extremely handy hybrid brushes with a cleaning brush on one end and, for example, a pipe or valve cleaner on the other. There is a small integrated ball on the end of the brush heads to protect the expensive instruments and prevent the inner channels from being damaged by the stainless steel wire.

Interlock reprocessing aids
Interlock band clamps ensure joints and jaws on, for example, bone cutting forceps, stay open permanently, allowing all critical sites to be cleaned.
The new conchotome opener facilitates disassembly of instruments such as rongeurs, conchotomes, Blakesley forceps and instruments with a similar design. This makes reprocessing hygienically safe for a large number of medical devices.
With the Interlock spreaders, non-dismantlable instruments with a ring handle, forceps with springs or even clamps can be cleaned more efficiently in the washer-disinfector. The jaws remain open during the cleaning process, assuring permanent rinsing.
