Our BT Cloud Voice Customer Training courses are intended to give you the best possible introduction

to your phone system.

Learning the ins and outs of your new phone system can be easy, with our training courses stepping your business through the easy-to-use BT Cloud Voice portal. Leading you through structured processes, these

courses enable you to enjoy the full benefits of BT Cloud Voice, right from the outset.

We've been working with ITEL, who design and run our training programmes on our behalf, for many

Learn the smart way. Webcast Courses BT will contact you to discuss the courses available, provide recommendations and give details of how you can book onto your choice of the scheduled webcast events. Simply join the webcast course you have chosen via the web link and phone details that are provided by BT. You will enter a web meeting with up to 20 other customers, run by a live tutor. The tutor will lead you through the course via a presentation and live examples of how to manage the features specific to the course topic. There are ample opportunities to ask your tutor questions, and to hear the answers to questions others on the call have asked. At the end of the session you will be able to provide your feedback and will be given access to the course material, as well as links to BT help pages and documentation.

On Site Courses A tutor will arrive at your chosen premises at the agreed date to deliver the training course between the hours of 10am and 4pm. BT provide a choice of administrator and user courses for your On Site training. These courses are structured to give a solid understanding of your system, but can be tailored to provide you with a personalised experience. This will allow you to focus on the elements of your system that are most relevant to you at the time. For these sessions, you will be provided with a training manual to follow during the course, which you can keep for your future reference. As with the webcast courses, you will also be able to provide your feedback on the course.
