  • Teaching Philosophy

    No notes/PPT will be given, however, some supporting figures and reading material will be given

    To answer questions in the Examination, one has to attend classes regularly

    Few questions may be analytical

    There may be open book/open note exams

    Class decorum must be maintained

    Attendance requirements is as per the SPT rules

  • Evaluation Procedure 18 classes have been planned in Petroleum Geology Section; Few additional classes may be takenThe distribution of marks is as follows:Mid Semester: 40 marksEnd Semester: 60 marks Both Mid and End Semester will have Sections A and B on Sedimentary Geology and Petroleum Geology respectively with 50 % sharing each In any matter pertaining to the course, decision of the Course Coordinator is final
