Outdoor Wood Boiler (OWB) Location: 3’ From Side of Shop Garage and 20’ From Front Corner Facing Drive

Prefabricated Shop Building: Exterior 64’ x 30’ ; Conditioned Interior Spaces include Shop Repair Equipment Area of 29’ x 32’ and Break Room/Office area of 21’ x 15’. Heating equipment to be installed in interior includes (1) hot water heater water to water heat exchanger servicing (1) 30 gallon hot water heater with ½” lines, and (2) Cased Hot Water Coils with capacity to 92K BTU Heating capacity controlled by Honeywell T498B1512 line voltage thermostat with thermometers. Casement heaters are 115/60 single phase, two speed motors. 3/4” O2 Barrier PEX for Interior. Copper Tubing will be Type L for connections immediate to hot water heater.

Park Office Building: Exterior 32’ x 50’ ; All conditioned Interior Space for lobby, bathroom, and offices. Heating equipment to be installed in interior includes (1) hot water heater water to water heat for (1) 50 gallon hot water heater with ¾”lines, and (1) Heat Exchanger Coil with capacity to 95K BTU Heating capacity (15”x20” x 4-1/8”). Air Handler to be controlled by a second 24 volt thermostat (Model T60) for use with Hydronic boiler heat. At client request, existing propane heat to remain on existing and separate Honeywell RTH2300B1038 thermostat and NOT an integrated central control). 3/4” O2 Barrier PEX for Interior. Copper Tubing will be Type L for connections immediate to hot water heater.

Base Installation Trenching Conduit: OWB will have (2) 4” Insulated PEX tubes for supply and return. One two Shop and other to Office. Trench will be approximately 36” deep. A 115/60 single phase power source 12-2 gauge Wire in a ¾” PVC conduit will be used for powering OWB from Shop Panel for power. OWB has on/off switch externally. Trench will be cut through crushed stone path to link OWB insulated PEX to Office at a distance of 82’. The crushed stone drive is 15’ wide. Penetration to each structure will come up from 3’ trench through concrete foundation and into interior of each building. Concrete patch, foam and interior boot seals to be used.

Electrical Service: Only Shop Location Requires Basic Electrical Work to Power Boiler

OWB: (1) 120-1 15 AMP Service add to Panel Hot Water Casement Unit Heaters

New circuit required must be a 15 amp 120-1 volt service. The power is required for the TACO circulating pump, fans and controls within the outside boiler. We will install appropriate breaker with 12-2 gauge wire to be added from shop panel to boiler just outside of building. 12-2 wire to be installed in a ¾” PVC conduit buried at 3' with 4" Insulated PEX O2 pipe. Circuit run is under 75’. Interior Shut Off Switch Box can be added.

Existing outlets are in place at heating locations and will be utilized refer to photo below for example.(2) Casement heaters appliances require 115/60 single phase each. (2) Cased Hot Water Coils with capacity to 92K BTU Heating capacity controlled by Honeywell T498B1512 line voltage thermostat with thermometers.
