Project & Development ServicesJLL’s Project & Development Services (PDS) team delivers project and construction management as well as building surveying services to investors, occupiers and developers. We give pro-active commercially-driven technical advice on new developments and existing buildings including interior fit-out, multi-site program rollouts, complex redevelopments and ground-up construction, in sectors as diverse as offices, shopping centres, retail and logistics. Our PDS team integrates closely with JLL’s Tenant Representation, Property Management, Leasing, Investment and Valuation teams to ensure highest value is added throughout the complete real estate life-cycle.
