Buddhism could be described as a way of life or a religion.

It is a disciplined life that involves meditation and prayer.

It is quite simple involving behaviour to avoid and practices that one can improve.

The most striking belief is that there is no God. The most interesting concept is that there is no soul. The idea of reincarnation for Buddhists is important. They also believe in Karma. It all depends on how you live your life.

In a world today with lots of stress and worries about mankind’s future on the planet, Buddhism is welcome safe place for believers. Buddhism speaks to the environment. It also speaks to the individuals’ need for inner peace.
