BRIGETTE BOULON - Château Guibeau, Bordeaux

Since 2009 the vineyards have been managed by Brigette, Henri Boulon’s daughter.Brigette is convinced that the quality of the wines is the direct result of the respectyou have for the land that she loves. Since taking over the vineyards they have gonefrom sustainable farming to full organic status.

DAMIEN MARRES - Domaine Montmartel

In 2002 Damien became the family winemaker at the age of 23. Since 2004 he hasfollowed his principles. “I decided to work the vines with minimum intervention,

concentrating instead on the monitoring and assistance of the natural process, it was with

great satisfaction that all our vineyards became organic from 2010, all the hard work bared

fruit” added Damien.

ALBERT & SILVIO ERBICE - Villa Erbice

Villa Erbice dates back to 1870 when Grandfather Narciso started making wine. Thename is derived from the 17th century prestigious Villa now used as the offices forthe brothers. Alberto only uses grapes grown on their own vineyard for the classicwines they produce. “We have full control of the quality when we use our own grapes”

said Alberto. “We still follow traditional methods, only using natural products in the

vineyard and winery and everything is still done by hand, very labour intensive but it’s

worth the effort.”
