In 2019, exhibitors from around the world participated at the 22nd edition of Buildexpo Africa in Kenya, introducing new technology breakthroughs, customizedproduct offerings, and value added services in the fields of Construction Machinery,Building Material, Mining Equipment and Heavy Vehicles.
WELCOME
The event was inaugurated by the Hon. Prof. Arch. Paul M. Maringa, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works,accompanied by Mr. Jared O. Nyaundi, Director for the State Department of Trade,at the KICC Nairobi, Kenya, on the 04th of July 2019.
The event hosted various dignitaries including ambassadors, high commissioner and trade representatives from over 14 countries namely India, Egypt, Pakistan, Malawi, Angola, Colombia, Sierra Leone, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Sudan, Ukraine, Estonia, South Africa and Congo. The show had a tremendous response from the local visitors who were eager to find the right import and sourcing partners and also the exhibitors who were introduced to the fast growing market of East Africa.
