Description:
The costs associated with having to shut a business down can be staggering. For small businesses that employ less than 100 people, downtime costs an average of $6,900 per hour. This sets companies back about $25,800 each year. Thanks to Hosted Unified Communications solutions like ANPI VIP, decision makers no longer have to worry about such lapses in communication. Because these solutions have built-in business continuity functionality. Katie Merrill of B-Lynk joined us for a training session on how to help customers build their own business continuity plan, and become prepared in the event of human error, storms, flooding, technology issues or other unpredictable events.
