Project Overview• The state of Hawaii is embarking on massive business & IT transformation

initiatives over the next decade

• OIMT established Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) to provide program and project management services and serve as a Center of Excellence for these initiatives

• ePMO required a centralized project management and reporting system to standardize and streamline various PM related tasks and allow OIMT to monitor the enterprise’s investment portfolios, programs, and projects via a common dashboard
