Your feedback is needed
We want your view! Talk to your rep and tell them what are the issues. What you would like the day to look like. What is your burning issue. The team will bring it back and build a view.
Preparing the building blocks for a quality sturcture.
THE PRESSING ISSUES NEED to be
addressed.

align the vision
Immediate Issues
Staff need to decide?
Do you want an immediate ‘quick fix’ for the teaching times, issue, which we are happy to support. Then give the curriculum team time to build a vision for staff to review with the deadline being end of term 2.
Staff would vote on this, putting forward 3 options. With the one being the status quo.
Once a decision is made about the ‘quick
fix’.
The team needs to be given the support to build new options for consultation with staff, students and parents.
