It is a free and open entity of Vocational Training and Postsecondary Education schools devoted to generating a space for the exchange of educational experiences for the planning of a joint agenda of policies and lines of work in strategic areas at the regional and global levels, in relation to education and work. To know more about the INEW, its actions, objectives, organizational structure, areas of work and many other options, please see its website: riet-edu.org FOUNDATIONAL STAGE OF THE INEW During 2013 and 2014 the INEW’S president, Víctor Santa María, and its executive director, Gustavo Álvarez, started to build the foundations of the INEW through trips, visits to educational centers, participation in conferences, meetings with professionals and embassy members and non governmental and union organizations from different countries, devoted to training for work: Visit to Ecuador, United States, Canada, Spain and the Nordic countries: Norway, Finland and Sweden. Participation in: 21st International Conference on Education and Learning held in New York. First World Congress on Access to Postsecondary Education held in the city of Montreal, Canada. 6th International Congress on Vocational Training in Barcelona, Spain. FORMATION STAGE OF THE INEW The following results were achieved with the process of institutionalization and conformation of the INEW initiated in 2013: Creation of the organizational structures of the INEW: Advisory Board, Board of Directors and Local Coordination. Today the INEW has twelve Associate Members, internationally renowned organizations from Spain, Italy, Canada, United States, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Two international exchange programs were held, where students and instructors from Canada and Argentina travelled to the recipient country to exchange pedagogical and cultural experiences. In 2015 the INEW will continue to further actions oriented to the ongoing improvement of education for work for all people within the Vocational Training education system. The premises of the Electiricity area courses in the AMIEDU Institute, Finland. Argentine Gastronomy instructor teaching Canadian students the typical dishes of criollo cuisine. The TCI - College of Technology, offers a broad range of courses in: Juridical and Business Studies, Health Sciences and Technology, among others. Víctor Santa María in Tarragona, Spain.
