DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Handles/manages cases of women in especially difficult circumstances by doing the following tasks: a. Interviews women victim-survivors and accomplishes the Intake Sheet. b. Prepares Social Case Study Report with Intervention Plan. c. Conducts home visit and gather additional relevant information about the clients being handled. d. Conducts psycho-social sessions to clients using the modular package for women and renders other therapeutic services. e. Conducts individual counseling session to women victim-survivors. f. Initiates case conferences with other members of the rehabilitation team to discuss matters about the individual case/client being manage. g. Prepares women-victim survivors for court appearance and accompanies them to attend court hearings.2. Prepares referral letter and initiates dialogue with other service providers/professionals who can provide other support services to women victim-survivors e.g. legal and medical service;3. Prepares and submits quarterly status report on cases handled to the Center Head;4. Prepares and submits monthly report of each women victim-survivor being handled;5. Updates Social Case Study Reports and Intervention Plan of cases handled;6. Prepares Transfer Summary, Closing Summary Report as well as request for after-care service for discharged cases; and 7. Performs other related tasks as maybe assigned by the Center Head.

submission of reports/data neededDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Serves as Head of the Standards Unit (SU) and oversees the total operation of the Unit; 2. Enforces and monitors the regulatory functions and quality assurance roles of DSWD at the regional level; 3. Monitors the compliance of FO’s Centers/Institutions; Registered, Licensed and Accredited (RLA) SWDAs and Service Providers to the set standards on community-based and center-based programs and services; 4. Provides technical assistance to the F.O.’s centers/institutions and SWDAs relative to the implementation and compliance to standards; 5. Conducts of orientation on newly approved guidelines/standards/tools; 6. Provides technical assistance and monitors the implementation by RLAs and service providers granted with authority to conduct fund drives; 7. Ensures the management and updating of the online database system of SWDAs and Service Providers; 8. Documents good practices relative to standards regulation and enforcement and contribute knowledge product to the Regional Learning Resource Center; 9. Ensures functionality and sustainability of ABSNET; 10. Conducts dialogue, fora and consultation session on emerging social welfare standards issues, trends and standards review and development involving SWADAs and other stakeholders; 11. Recommends policy measures in addressing gaps in the implementation of policies concerning registration, licensing and accreditation of SWDAs; enforces regulatory policies to unregistered/unlicensed SWDAs; and 12. Perform other related tasks assigned by the Division Chief or Regional Director. Reporting to the: Division Chief of Institutional Development Division (IDD)ORGANIZATIONAL CHART:
