The Bellwether

SENSEX (28077 on 21st Oct 2016) continuing its weakness has come down below its 50 days average as expected. This should continue till the SENSEX come below 26700 range. Another thing to note here is, it has broke the floor of the bullish channel while coming down.

Figure 1: Sensex as on 21st Oct 2016

As long as the Sensex maintain itself above the floor of the big bullish channel, Long term bullish

trend will be intact. As per Elliot wave theory, current leg is 5th wave that should be complete when

the SENSEX reach around 37K.

The Story Ashok was engineering graduate from a small town. Soon after his graduation he made into one of IT

Company in Mumbai with an average salary. After all his expenses he managed to save small amount

from his income every month. After 2 years of service he realized that his total saving is about Rs.1

lac. He decides to put Rs.10000 in stocks and put remaining money in fixed deposits. This was during

the summer of 1998. Being a novice in stock market investment he put the whole money in one

stock. As it was just 10 percent of his saving, he didn't bother about that money.

In 2001 he realized that the amount he has invested in stock has grown to Rs.1 Lac. He sold that

stock and reinvested the whole money in another stock and he got back Rs.10 Lacs after 3 years.

Likewise he kept reinvesting in stock every 3 years. In 2016 at the age of 41 his profit from shares

was Rs.1000 Crores. This was possible because he was able to multiply his money 10 times every 3

years. His target is to achieve Rs.10 Lacs Crores by age of 50.

Ashok was able to achieve this remarkable feat because he unknowingly invested in stocks which

multiplied 10 times. Does this kind of stock exist? Can we identify these stocks early enough? The

answer to these questions are 'Yes'. Welcome to Liyju’s wave theory. This theory can be used to

identify the stock which reaches 10 times of its lowest bottom within a target time period. Following

section show the stocks which has formed Liyju’s wave in the past. The story of Ashok is hypothetical

but the following data is not.

Liyju's Wave Theory Liyju’s wave theory is a theory to identify stocks which could reach 10 times of its lowest bottom.

Liyju’s wave has two components:

1. Growler wave

2. Leaper wave

Growler wave: This is the wave which is poised to take a leap. This is the pattern which is created

while it reach the lowest bottom of the stock price.

Leaper wave: This is the wave which leaps from its lowest bottom to its 1000% after successful

creation of Growler wave.

Growler wave can be identified using technical indicators. Once Growler wave is identified then it is

very easy to predict the Leaper wave.

Property 1:

The Leaper wave doesn’t trade below its 200 or 50 days averages at any point during its leap.

Property 2:

Timeframe of Leaper wave is approximately between 2 and 4 years.

There are many other properties which I would be disclosing sometime in future. The important part

here is the properties of Growler wave. If that is identified then one can go ahead with the

investment and for rest of the period he can sit back and enjoy the leap.

The Portfolio The portfolio here is divided into four sections. The portfolios is all about stocks which can grow your corpus multiple times.
