With certain exceptions, any vehicle parked on a PCC campus or center must display a current student, faculty and staff, or short term parking permit on their rearview mirror or dash. Permits are required at PCC year round.
Parking Permit Policies and Regulations
Return of PermitsStudents may return their parking permit during the first week of classes for a full refund without having to give any reason. During the second week of classes students may only return their parking permit for a refund if they have dropped all their classes.
Lost or Stolen PermitsStudents come to the Student Account Services office and report their permit lost or stolen, a replacement permit will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:
First Occurrence: No FeeAdditional Occurrences: Full Term Price
Purchasing Permits OnlinePermits ordered online are $5 cheaper and are charged to a student's account with the college and they will be mailed to the student’s home address. Financial aid may be used to purchase a permit and cost of the permit will be deducted from the financial aid package when the funds are received.
Tri-Met Bus Passes and Policies
This “Student Select Pass” is 190.00 and is an all-zone pass which is good for travel on Tri-Met from the date of purchase until the end of the last month of term.
Requirements for purchasing the pass
1. Student must be enrolled in at least 3 credits for the term.
2. Student signs agreement stating that they use Tri-Met as their primary method of transportation
3. Student must have PCC ID card
4. Student must have Authorized Financial Aid or Current/Prior Payment Plan.
The Student Account Services office has subsidized (reduced-price) bus passes available every fall, winter and spring term. The passes are not available for summer term. The bus passes usually are available for purchase the week before the term begins.
Lost bus passes are non-replaceable. Bus passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Information on Tri-Met and Tri-Met passes
Assist students with purchasing parking permits online
Step 1: Go to MyPCC
Step 2: Click the ‘Order Student Parking Permit’ link under ‘Before Class’ in the Registration Services Channel.
Step 3: Fill out customer information and verify address
Step 4: Returning users select Vehicle information and New users add vehicle information.
Step 5: Selecting permit type.
Step 6: Student will receive parking permit in the mail, and hang it from the rear view mirror, or place it on the driver’s side of the dashboard.
Students will need to print their confirmation of purchase. They will not receive an email confirmation of purchase.

Step 2 Click on the “Order Student Parking Permit” Link
Step 3 Fill out customer information and verify mailing address
Step 4 Select or Fill in vehicle information
A. Returning Users will select preferred vehicle.
B. New users will need to fill out a Parking Permit Order Form.
C. Contact the Parking Office to update or remove vehicle information.
Step 5 Selecting Permit Type
Once “Submit Permit Request” is selected it will be mailed to Students Mailing Address on file for PCC.
Step 6Students will receive their parking permit(s) in the mail, and must hang it from the rear view mirror, or place it on the driver’s side of the dashboard.
Students will need to print their purchase confirmation. They will not receive an email confirmation.
Lost or Stolen PermitsAfter a report has been filed with the Parking and Transportation Services Department, a replacement permit will be issued in accordance with the following schedule:
