1. Run @ 500-600 RPM2. Torque setting 1.8-2.3 Ncm3. Use a very gentle touch. Never force a file.4. Irrigation with ultrasonics is recommended.5. Always clean the file after three (3) engagements.
1. Establish working length using radiographs and an apex locator.2. Reach full working length with a #15/.02 file noting the level of resistance to achieve working length. 3. Select the appropriate procedure pack. • Significant resistance to reach working length= Small procedure pack. • Moderate resistance to reach working length= Medium procedure pack. • Minimal resistance to reach working length= Large procedure pack.4. Begin crown down with the largest file from the appropriate procedure pack. • Use each file with 2 passes of 3 gentle engagments. • After each series of 3 engagements clean the flutes. • Move to the next smallest file after the second pass of 3 engagements. • Irrigate between each rotary file with your irrigant of choice.5.The first file to working length with resistance completes the preparation.*
* If desired finish the preparation to the next largest size rotary file.
Obturate the canals using BC Sealer™ and the corresponding BC Point™. • Select the EndoSequence® BC Point™ that matches the last rotary file
taken to working length. • Deliver BC Sealer throughout the canal using a small file. • Coat the selected BC Point™ with BC Sealer™ and slowly seat the BC

EndoSequence® BC Points™ & Pellets™
Unlike traditional gutta percha, EndoSequence BC Points™ are subjected to a patented, proprietary process of impregnating and coating each cone with bioceramic nanoparticles. This allows for a true chemical (cementation) bond between the sealer and the points. BC Points also undergo a proprietary stiffening process and are laser verfied for tip and taper accuracy.
NOTE: The benefit of using BC Sealer™ and BC Points™ is that three-dimensional bonded obturation can be achieved at room temperature. However, if a warm, vertical technique is preferred, then BC Pellets™ should be used at 150°C.

The following SEM images illustrate the similarities between MTA and RRM. “Group A” shows the crystalline surfaces of MTA and RRM. Both surfaces are composed primarily of calcium, carbon and oxygen. More notably, “Group B” shows the extent of human gingival fibroblast adhesion to MTA and RRM (after 7 days of incubation). Notice the extensive matrix-like overlay on the surface of the RRM. These SEMs visually confirm that RRM is highly bioactive and efficiently promotes biomineralization.
