ELECTRICAL: The building is rated for a 4,000 amp 208 volt 3 phase incoming service which will provide a capacity of 6 watts per rentable square foot demand load for lighting and tenant power exclusive of base building air HVAC. Tenant electrical power will be sub-metered.
HVAC: The building is provisioned for cooling with (2) 30-ton air cooled units and (2) 15-ton air cooled units per floor with tenant-controlled, variable air volume systems permitting multiple control zones within the demised space.
