Akua-Group is an internationally recognized fishery group. A bluefin tuna farming entity well known in the fishing and fish farming world, as a serious buyer and supplier with 1800 ton catch and 2700 ton harvest capacity. The ultimate fishing and Bluefin Tuna Farming group from Turkey, the country engulfed by the seas on three sides. The Bluefin Tuna caught in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea for 1 month during May 25th and June 24th, is fed up to the satisfaction of the customers for fat content and taste, with sardines, herring and mackerel, purchased from the reliable companies of Europe (Marine Foods bv, Parlevliet & Van der Plas, Evimare Fish) and USA (Northern Pelagic Group LLC) in the Akua-Group farm, located in the cool and clean waters of the Aegean sea. Akua-Group definitely do not use any artificial feed for fattening. The farm, location being off-shore and having a mild current of 0.7 miles, does not cause any environmental pollution. The most preferable raw fish, used in sushi and sashimi, the leading dishes of the classical Japanese kitchen is Bluefin tuna (Kuro Maguro or Hon Maguro). Akua-Group is well experienced on the unique format of tuna farming. The Bluefin tuna acquires the desired fat content and taste in December and January after being fed in the cages of the farm for 6-8 months and then harvested and exported as fresh by air or as frozen in the process vessel of the Japanese customers, primarily to Japan and the whole world such as; USA, EU (England, Germany, France, Belgium), China, Canada In addition, Akua Group can supply any and every kind of sea food such as; -Fresh chilled farmed Sea Bream, Sea Bass, Dentex, Trout and some other species, -Every kind of marinated/canned ready sea food, (Anchovy, shrimp, squid, octopus, snail, frog leg etc.

Nowadays the property, composed of 150 hectares of vineyard and a first class restaurant (Isabey), is managed by the third generation of the Guner family. They are assisted by experienced French consultant Mr. Florent Dumeau from the Bordeaux region. Sevilen Group has been working on the terroir approach (Soil, local climate and vineyard architecture, rootstock, varietal, vine spacing, leaf area per hectare, crop per vine) with already outstanding results. Sevilen produces grapes for premium wines on two sites: Aegean Area, around İzmir, a warm Mediterranean climate and Anatolia Plateau, a cool Mediterranean climate. Winemaking techniques are very modern. With a full brand new reception (double sorting table), the pre-fermentative process respects the integrity of the grapes, which are all hand-harvested. A selection of top French cooperage, in association with a Turkish university, Sevilen has developed in order to research the best solutions for our wines.
