Business Executive Certificate
100 CPD hours course time
The prestigious Business Executive Award is achieved by all members who achieve 40 CPD Hours. There is no restriction on how long this should take and CPD hours includes time on course modules, reading best practice and other activities.
The Academy qualifications are issued by Winmark Global and are aligned to Department of Education (DfE) standard guidance.

Master Class
Derived from Winmark’s One Day MBA, this half day session connects strategy, key business models, business planning and personal objectives. Attendees leave with a complete guide that will walk them through the process.

John is an experienced CEO and world authority on career networking. He has an MA and MBA and has been to business school in both the UK and US. He has also written and edited three books including the now famous One Day MBA.
Negotiating and Influencing Skills Timings & CPD
Master Class
We need to find common ground and to forge a consensus on strategies that translate into actions. This will enable you to harness understanding of difference and manage diversity of opinion in your own and target organization.

Patrick was Group Communications Director for 3i Group plc and is a tutor on FT, BVCA and ICAEW NED courses. He is a member of the General Council of Warwick University, and is a Visiting Professor at Cranfield. He also teaches conflict management in prisons.

This half day session combines project management with the consultancy process, two similar processes that benefit from each other. Attendees leave with two key templates that will enable them to scope and implement successful projects.

Dr. Oyindamola Asekun Abinusawa is an experienced project manager and an authority in providing insight led advisory to organisations. She has a Ph.D. in Management from King’s College London, and has lectured at globally acclaimed universities including University College London, King’s College London, Queen Mary & University of London.

This half day session will discuss leadership techniques, qualities of strong leaders, and how to successfully guide a team. As stated by David Tyler, Chairman Sainsbury’s PLC, John Dembitz's style is refreshing, punchy, accessible and enjoyable and littered with great examples.

John is a plural NED, on the boards of plcs (Park Group) and not for profits (RICS). He was a consultant at McKinsey and CEO of communications firm Valin Pollen. He has been a keynote speaker in Asia, EU, US and Central Europe and has an MBA from LBS.

This session will cover Key Finance Principles, understanding and using financial statements to manage and improve profit and cash flow, whilst delivering an attractive return on investment for shareholders. It will also touch on Performance Management.
