PADIDEH SHANDIZ HOTELS & COMMERCIAL COMPLEX
• Steel bridges:
Bridges over existing highways, such as sarakhs Bridge , Afghanistan Bridge
• Preparation of shop drawings:
First in the engineering management office, the plans are closely surveyed. Then by using
advanced software, the experts prepare the plans in order to obtain the approval of the
clients;
At the same time, they develop a scheduled plan of the works, volumes and weights of
different required materials, also making estimates of standards and development
procedures of the plan;
The required instructions will be issued according to the scheduled plan for the supply of
necessary materials;
Material supply process: according to the client orders
• Ironwork :
Steel Sheets is usually supplied by domestic providers such as Zob Ahan Esfahan,
Mobarakeh Steel facilities and Kaavian Steel company.
Some of the hot rolled sections that are not produced in Iran they are purchased
from reliable sources outside of Iran ensuring the client’s approval.
Quality certificates of all the materials is presented to the client upon request.
• Bolts & Nuts and paint:
Bolts, Nuts and paints are the main required materials which their specifications are stated in
the contract and usually purchased from domestic sources or imported from outside,
according to our restrict principle of keeping our client satisfied.
Meanwhile the interests of the client is ensured and quality certificates of the purchase is
placed at the disposal of the client.
• Testing the materials:
All items entering the factory are inspected by the quality control department for quantity
and quality, to ensure compliance with technical specifications before being docked and
transported to warehouses.
Essentially, the issuance of factory warehouse receipt is subject to the approval of
quality control unit.
In addition, samples of the imported products are sent off to accredited laboratories for
additional tests in order to expand the scope of this unit’s activities to ensure satisfaction
of the client.
• Cutting:
Each component of a structure is identified and cut into their suitable sizes and thicknessusing multiple tools, resulting in pieces with specific characteristics and edges that are laterjoined together according the main plan.
• Assembling:
The already cut components are joined together according to the shop drawings in an otherunit using special tools and equipments. Joined components are then connected to eachother by spot welding. At the end of this stage the appearance of the piece is completed.
• Welding:
Discharged components from the assembly unit are transferred to the welding units andaccording to the procedure specified in the technical documentation known as the Treaty ofWelding Procedure System are welded together.
• Cleaning:
In this stage, components are taken to another unit, where trained and experienced staffperform welding tack, cleaning and grinding activities on them. The components dischargedfrom this stage, which are transferred to painting unit, should be free of any extra slag, spater,arc etc.
• Sand blasting/ shot blasting:
The cleaned components are transferred to sand blasting/shot blast unit and in accordancewith the technical specifications of the contract are blasted with silica sand or steel pellets.
• Painting:
The cleaned components from the sand blasting unit must be immediately transferred to thepaint shop. Different paints depending on their chemical basis or shades defined in terms oftheir thickness of dry film are applied on the components in a dust-free environment.
• Packing and Shipping:
The final phase of construction includes the packing of the painted parts. Our qualified
personnel carry out this stage so that during the transfer no damage is ocurred, which
ultimately may lead to non-compliance or failure in one of the dimensions of the parts. At the
same time, placing protective material prevents damage to the paint during the transfer. Proper
arrangement of painted pieces together maximizes the load capacity, as well as saving the costs
of the shipment.
• Installation:
steel structure pieces sent to the project site are installed by our qualified installationpersonnel in accordance with the approved plans.
• Inspection and supervision:
Steel structure pieces sent to the project site are inspected by our experienced personnel tocomply exactly to the approved drawings.
• Planning and project control:
Loads sent to the project site are installed in accordance with approved plans and features byour qualified and skilled installation personnel
